GENERAL PLANNING INFORMATION

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be of service to you. We pledge that our staff will do everything possible to make your even a most pleasant experience for you and your guests. In order to assure you the best of service and quality we offer the following guidelines for your consideration:

Our menu selections represent the most common requests. We will be glad to consider any special requests you may have. We pride ourselves on our uncompromising quality and our unsurpassed service.

Liquor prices vary; they include room, bartender and a complete bar. Current open "well" bar rates are $9.00 per person for the first hour and $5.00 dollars per person for each additional hour. "Call" bar rates  are $12.00 per person for the first hour and $6.50 per person for each additional hour.  "Top self" rates are $14.00 per person for the first hour and $7.50 per person for each additional hour. If you prefer a tab of the beverages consumed rather than an open bar, we will honor your request; however, this option is not available to groups larger than 40 persons.

A room charge will be assessed when the bar is not used, as well as in events taking place during other than normal operating hours. With some rare exceptions, a minimum number of 100 guests is required to reserve the entire upstairs dining room, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. If the number falls to less than 100 no allowance will be given.

Sales tax (8.0%) and a service (20.0% minimum) are not included in our prices and will be added to the check. Price confirmation will be given upon request 90 days prior to the event. Until that time the prices quoted are subject to change without notice and are for cash payment only. Certain banquet payments by credit card are subject to a 4.5% processing fee. Unless prior arrangements have been made for direct billing, payment in full is expected at the conclusion of the event. Sales Tax exempt organizations must provide us with the appropriate documentation prior to the event.

A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your engagement date. It will be subtracted from the final bill. Your menu choices should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the function.

Scallops di Napoli
Succulent sea scallops sautéed in a sundried tomato and basil sauce; served over pasta.
Vegetable Grill
Grilled seasonal vegetables tossed with olive oil, olives, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, garlic, pasta topped with feta.
